- Innovative alpine design
The elegant main building "Königswarte" was designed in 1994 by Arch. Peter Thurner and is particularly impressive with its spacious apartments.
The new wing "Strata", designed in 2007 by Arch. Ulla Hell, stands out from the Königswarte and convinces with its modern, clean design. The building’s sheathing of layered larch wood sticks blends in perfectly with the surroundings and gives the house its name. Natural materials such as larch wood, loden and natural stone have been used.
The innovative architecture has been awarded with prestigious prizes:

The salon with comfortable seating, open fireplace and a view of the outside offers plenty of space to sit together and linger all day. Whether for relaxed newspaper reading or board games with the family, the cozy lounge in the main house of the Königswarte Strata is the ideal place.
