22 apartments of 7 different types are ready to welcome you in Königswarte Strata. Whether you choose cozy, elegant apartments of the "Königswarte" or modern alpine design suites of the "Strata" wing, you will find high-quality furniture, fully equipped kitchen and balcony or direct access to the garden.
In order to create a pleasant feeling of space, local materials and fabrics are skillfully used without appearing intrusive and lush.

Exquisite breakfast

A relaxing day starts with a delicious and nutritious breakfast. On request, you can choose between a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, which you can enjoy in the Family Resort Rainer, or our basic breakfast service. The latter can be ordered online the day before. We will be happy to deliver fresh bread rolls, milk, jam, etc. right to your apartment door by 7.30 a.m.

The “Tassilo” suites in the Königswarte are inviting and functional. The “Tassilo Strata” suites, on the other hand, are located in the Strata wing and are furnished with untreated larch wood, stone tiles and soft loden fabrics.
